1. Overview

Real Estate Mastery Academy LLC (DBA JoinRMACoaching; "RMA," "we," "our" or "us") provides educational content, software tools, and live programming for licensed real estate professionals.

By creating an account, accessing our platform, or purchasing any program or tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Account Access & Security

Access to The Academy, Mastery, and Inner Circle is licensed strictly to a single individual user.

• No Credential Sharing: You may not share your login credentials, redistribute proprietary Vault assets, or sublicense RMA content to third parties.

• System Monitoring: Suspected account sharing or unauthorized multi-ip downloads will trigger an automated, temporary account lock pending administrative review.

3. Billing, Commitment Terms & Cancellation

• The Academy (Tier 2): Billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If Month 1 does not meet your expectations, you may cancel prior to the Month 2 billing cycle to prevent future charges.

• Mastery (Tier 3): Requires an initial 6-month commitment. Cancellation requires a written 90-day advance notice submitted to [email protected].

• Inner Circle (Tier 4): Requires a 12-month annual commitment. Inner Circle memberships are non-refundable, except on a pro-rata basis in verified cases of documented medical emergency or extreme personal hardship, subject to RMA review.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset License

All Vault assets, including but not limited to scripts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), marketing templates, video curriculum, and prompt protocols, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Real Estate Mastery Academy LLC.

Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, perpetual, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to utilize these materials solely within your personal real estate practice. Reselling, white-labeling, or distributing these assets outside your personal business is strictly prohibited.

5. No Earnings or Production Guarantee

We frequently share production averages, member results, and real estate case studies. These examples represent actual, recent results achieved by high-executing agents.

Your individual production, volume, and income depend entirely on your personal effort, execution, local market conditions, and business environment. RMA makes zero guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding income, transaction volume, or career earnings.
